Three Bedroom Villa and 2 Bedroom Apartment
The luxurious stone villa (south facing) was built under a high quality concept according to European standards and tastefully furnished in 06/05. The apartment is located in the southern wing of the villa. They are located on the picturesque Kas Peninsula. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet without missing the lively Kas atmosphere. In nearly each position of the villa or its terrace with the pool, there is a unique view over the Mediterranean Sea, the Greek island of Meis and other island groups. In the garden you are able to enjoy the Turkish flora and if you want to eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Underneath the villa, there is a number of bathing platforms that are reachable on foot (250m away). There is a bus service on Kas that serves the whole peninsula running every half an hour. Travel time to the centre is only a few minutes where you will find a high number of restaurants, stores and of course many beaches. A big carport is at your disposal.

Prices are for the property per week in Euro. For a longer stay than 2 weeks, the rental price negotiable.

Villa Panorama has one living room/ entrance area with open-plan kitchen (110m²).
The living room area has a sofa lounge with TV, DVD, a stereo sound system and a fireplace.
The kitchen contains a five flame gas oven and a fridge/ freezer with integrated ice and cold water dispenser, crockery and complete kitchen utensils with saucepans and pans for 6 people.
The utility room(12m²) with extra fridge/ freezer and washing machine.
The master bedroom(30m²)with TV and a second fireplace.
The two other bedrooms(25m²) have a great view of the sea, balconies and en-suite bathrooms.
All bathrooms have bathroom sanitary cabinets, granite washstands with integrated sinks and roomy showers with glass doors and high class bathroom furnishings. The first bathroom has a Finnish sauna, a double wash stand and a bathing tub.
The floors of the bathrooms are tiled with dark grey vitreous tiles.
The villa also has a guest toilet and tower room which you are able to use as office.

Apartment Panorama (Sleeps 4. 2 Bedrooms)
The apartment accommodates 4 people.
The apartment has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom.
The living room with an open kitchen (31 m²).
Both bedrooms have full-size beds and the smaller one has a balcony (bedroom 1: 21m², bedroom 2: 18m²).
The bathroom floor and the shower are tiled with dark grey shiny tiles.
The shower cabin is made of glass. The washstand is made of granite and it has embedded sinks. The toilet is a hanging element in the bathroom and also has bidet function.
There are covers, pillows and towels for 4 people, dinnerware for 6 people and complete kitchen equipment, with pots and pens.
Notes on accommodation
Bed linen, pillows and towels, air-conditioning, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, drying racks and garden furniture as well as a stereo system and DVD with 2 televisions with satellite connection are in the villa and in the apartment available. Also it has 3 central satellite keys, Astra, Hotbird and Turksat. Air-conditioning, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer and garden furniture (2 tables, 10 chairs), as well as Satellite TV are in the apartment available. There are 3 central Satellite connections: Astra, Hotbird and Türksat. A DSL Internet connection and VOIP-Phone is available.

Outside
Villa-Panorama has a very private terrace (300m²) with own pool 12×6m wide and an additional 200m² garden with a terrace 70 m². There are 6 loungers and parasols. Of course you will find tables and chairs in front of the kitchen and on other places on the terrace to take your breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. outside or even just to sit somewhere. Also it has a barbeque with pizza oven and a garden. In the garden there is a patio with seats and Turkish seat corner with shisha. Apartment-Panorama has private terrace balcony (24m²) with a table and a extra sunny shared terrace with a pool (7×3.5m wide), 4 deck chairs, 2 sun shades. In the garden there is a barbecue area (30m²) with chairs.
Coast/Beach
Underneath the villa, there is a number of bathing platforms that are reachable on foot (150m away). Also there are many beaches in Kas which are reachable by the bus service on Kas that serves the whole peninsula running every half an hour. Travel time to the centre is only a few minutes. On the beaches you will find restaurants, loungers and parasols. 30 min. away from Kas there is a wonderful 18km sand beach, called Patara. This beach is a natural resort for turtles.
Travel
The arrival and departure are possible by several flying companies, and can be very convenient if you book your flight early enough (Condor, TuiFly, Air Berlin, Turkish Airline). You can land on Dalaman airport approx 130km / 2 hours or on Antalya approx 190km / 2¾ hours. You can take a taxi (negotiable price of 120 – 160 euros), or you can be picked up by us for approx. 70 Euros from Dalaman, and approx. 90 Euros from Antalya.
Distances
The center of Kas is 4km away. The next restaurant you can walk in 5 minutes. To the peninsula drives a bus service every 30 minutes. By bus, you are just a few minutes in the center of Kas.
Further details
In the streets of Kas you can find many cosy restaurants, small shops and pretty old houses. There are some very good shopping facilities and every Friday there is a large market. Silverware, Pashmina scarves and leather goods are cheap here. There are some small guesthouses and only a few large hotels. Of course you are able to find supermarkets and banks.
There are various options for organized trips in Kas. You can make trips by boat (visit of an immersed city, trip to the Greek Isle of Meis, etc.), or you can travel to Patara (native place of Nickolaus), Saklikent (a huge rocky formation with river). Many other possibilities are at your disposal. You can also hike on one of the longes, most beautiful and optimal marked hiking trails in the world (520 km). The best season for hiking is spring or fall. If you want to organize excursions yourself, there are also various possibilities. For example: a bathing day on the Patara beach, one of the most beautiful sand beaches in Turkey 15km long. The beach can be reached with small trip buses or with a rented car. The driving time is around 45 minutes, but it is absolutely worth it.
Booking notes
For the Villa-Panorama and the Apartment-Panorama is the minimal stay 1 week. You can extend your stay with minimum 1 week. Expenses such as electricity, water, gas and the final cleaning are included in the rental rate. If you want to book, we will send you the rental agreement per e-mail.
