This 3 bed, 3 terraces villa is situated on the front elevation of the complex. It has 2 large free form swimming pool both 120 sqm in size. The villa has excellent easy access to the first pool without walking any distance. The terraces of this villa are not overlooked by any other guest around the pool area. The morning sun rises behind the villa over the pool. and sets over the lake in front of the villa. All terraces are in partial sun all of the Spring/Summer season. Enabling you to get some sun or shade on the 3 terraces if you so desire.

Lakeside villa has a relaxed approach to arrival and departure times/days, subject to availability. You may take advantage of our wake up call service by our on site 24hr security.
Accommodation Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 – king bed/terrace access and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 – Double bed/terrace access and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3 – Twin room/en-suite/terrace access and air- conditioning.
Bathrooms: Ground floor wc.
First floor shower room, and wc.
Top floor en-suite bath/shower above, sink and wc.
Kitchen: Fully fitted. Inclusive of gas hob, electric oven, extractor fan, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster. Plus an abundance of the usual kitchen crockery/equipment. including cleaning materials. Door with fly screen leading to terrace.
Utility Room: In the entrance is a large hall cupboard. This contains mop/bucket, brush, vacuum cleaner and large shopping bags.
First aid kit, emergency strip lights, safe, torch, and spare batteries.
Living Rooms: Open fire place, 26″ flat screen TV, satellite box which will access English channels BBC, ITV, music channels etc. The furniture includes 2 sofas, tub chair, coffee table and foot stool containing books, magazines, cards, and useful information.
Other: All 3 terraces have quality chair and tables, the ground floor terrace has access from the kitchen and the lounge. The first floor terrace has access from both bedrooms, the top floor has its own private terrace. Fly screens are on all doors, and windows.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Lakeside villa will be cleaned, and the beds made up for your arrival. There is a second set of clean linen and towels for your use, If you would like your linen changed during your visit, this can be arrange. a charge will apply.
Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning, is inclusive of your rental charge. Private parking is available directly outside the front of the villa.

Accessibility
Lakeside villa is not suitable for disabled visitor’s as the complex is tiered. Young children are welcome but not babies, as a cot/highchair is not provided in this property.
Outside
There are 2 communal pools, private to lakeside visitors. The first pool is directly out side the entrance door of this villa, access is by steps. There are communal sun loungers and cushions for you use, I have provide an umbrella, this is kept in the villa. The pools are not heated. Please bring your own beach towels. There is no restriction on when you can swim. The pools and grounds are lit at night and you may swim when ever you wish.
Coast/Beach
There are many beaches local to Dalaman. Sarigerme, a long stretch of golden sand this beach has good facilities as well as a life guard. Iztuzu beach is famous for the nesting of turtles and is accessible from Dalyan via the boat taxi.
Travel
Dalaman international airport is a 30 min drive away from the villa, your journey to the villa is well signposted. We feel a car is essential to explore this area of natural beauty. This is available when booking.
Distances
Dalaman for local food shopping and restaurants is 15 mins by car. Dalyan for shopping, boat taxi, beach, restaurants, ancient tombs and mud baths 40 mins by car. Gocek for an up market visit, harbour, shopping, restaurants, market.

Akkaya valley house’s one of the best restaurants for miles, this has been built for Akkaya valley residents and all who choose to visit and believe me it is well worth the visit. You cant wait to get back for more. The ambiance is second to none. A bit like the rain forest cafe, and its all within walking distance. Experience dining one of the eagles nest that await you. You may also access horse riding and a lake tour with lunch or dinner included. A fee applies. Lakeside villa has 24 hour security. There is 24hr access to a private doctor.

If you wish to book Lakeside villa a deposit of £100 is required (payable within 1 week to secure dates, none refundable) Balance 2 month before departure.
