Ideally situated at each side of a wonderful pool, the villas are wit hin a 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants and a 2 minute drive to the sea front of Yalikavak. The villa itself sleeps 6 persons comfortably in its 3 double bedrooms and boasts a host of luxury features to ensure your stay is both a pleasant one and indeed a comfortable one. Relax and enjoy a peaceful breakfast on the wonderful terrace as you take in the breathtaking scenery of the world renowned Bodrum peninsula and its inviting azure blue sea.

Changeover day

All furnishings are of the highest quality and the villas are air-conditioned throughout. The open lounge/dining area will seat 6 comfortably, and is equipped with TV, DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double en-suite and 2 twin, two of which lead onto a large balcony which has spectacular views over the Yalikavak coastline, there are a futher 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has a hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drier. There is air conditiong and heating in the villas. The villas are all equipped with sunbeds and patio furniture.
Villa No 6, There is a large luxury apartment attached to this villa that can be rented for a additional £100 per week.
The apartment comprises of open lounge with patio door fully fitted kitchen with dinning area, side terrace over looking the pool, as well as a double bedroom there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge, full bathroom and a further half bathroom.
The apartment can only be let to the occupier.

Villa No 7, there is a small studio attached to this villa that can be rented for a additional £50 per week.
The studio comprises of a full bathroom, open lounge which is equipped with double sofa bed and a small kitchen area.
The studio can only be let to the occupier of the villa.
Notes on accommodation
The villas are in a very quiet area, and are suitable for couples and families alike. They are very private and are situated at each side of a wonderful large pool. There is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Our property manager will ensure that all linen and towels are changed weekly and that the villas are thoroughly cleaned at each change over.
Outside
Yalikavak is surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery of the Bodrum Peninsula. The relaxed atmosphere makes it the perfect resort for those who want to experience the real Turkey, providing simple, authentic local life at low prices. Home to fishermen and sponge divers and a haven for yachts, the small harbour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants. The charming village square is a popular meeting place with its many authentic coffee houses and its here along one of the cobbled streets where you can do a spot of shopping. There are lovely beaches and bays which have beautiful safe clear waters. There are many shops in the traffic free centre and every week the town hosts one of the biggest fruit, vegetable and clothing markets on the Bodrum peninsular. The traffic free sea front walk way which stretches from the secluded beaches at the north end of the bay right though the village to the new marina at the south side of the bay is wonderful for families and couples.

Travel
Bodrum Milas airport is 45 minutes drive from the villa along a breathtaking coastal road. Car hire recommended but not essential. Assistance with flights transfers and car hire if required.
Distances
The new Yalikavak marina which has many shops, cafes, and restaurants is just 5 minutes drive away. If you carry on into Yalikavak village, there many traditional Turkish restaurants, cafes and shops, or from the marina you can walk along the pedestrianised front, passing a small harbour and much more.
Further details
There are local shops within 5 minutes walk. Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving. Gulet Cruises from one to seven days can be arranged, the local aqua park is 20/25 minutes by car.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% 5 days after booking. The full amount 56 days before the holiday is due. A breakage deposit of £100 (which will be returned 10 days after departure).
